✅1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jjw7 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing jjw7, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the jjw7 platform. Continued use of jjw7 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jjw7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. • You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships and other legal entities may not register for a player account on jjw7.
• You must not be accessing jjw7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to check your local laws before registering.
• You must not hold an existing active or suspended jjw7 account. Each individual player is permitted exactly one account on jjw7 at any given time.
• You must not be a jjw7 employee, contractor, agent, affiliate or immediate family member of any of the foregoing. Employees and their immediate family are excluded from all jjw7 promotions and bonus offers.

• jjw7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting KYC documentation. Players who do not complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal and bonus privileges suspended.
• You must update your account information promptly if any of the details you provided at registration change, including your mobile number used for bKash or Nagad deposits. Outdated account information may delay withdrawal processing.

jjw7 reserves the right to request additional verification at any stage of the player relationship, including during withdrawal processing, following unusual account activity or as part of periodic account review procedures. 💰4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jjw7 are processed through Bangladesh-local payment methods. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts are ৳100 (bKash, Nagad) and ৳200 (Rocket). Maximum deposit amounts and daily limits are displayed on the deposit page and may be subject to account-level limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and linked to your own mobile number. jjw7 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to have been made from a third-party payment account may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and mobile number used for the player's most recent deposit. jjw7 does not issue withdrawals to payment accounts other than those used for deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of request submission, subject to verification requirements being met. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. jjw7 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times on their end.
• jjw7 does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside jjw7's control. Check your wallet provider's fee schedule before transacting.
• All deposits and withdrawals are made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jjw7 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions attempted in other currencies will be declined.

jjw7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual bonus offer page. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings).
• Welcome bonuses are available to new jjw7 players only — one welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potentially all associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated on the relevant offer page.
• jjw7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before a player has completed its wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the player's account, but any real-money balance already separated from bonus funds will not be affected.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your jjw7 account wallet. Real-money deposits are used first when placing bets. Bonus funds are used after your real-money balance reaches zero. Winnings from bonus-funded bets are credited as bonus funds and remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are fully met.

jjw7 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings voided and the account suspended or permanently closed.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the jjw7 platform, including live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting and all other game formats available on jjw7:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jjw7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where a technical error is independently verified by jjw7. The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software for non-live games and by live dealers for live casino games.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before you place your bet. Bet limits may vary between game categories and between individual tables within the live casino. jjw7 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a disputed game result, the jjw7 platform's records of the game outcome shall be considered final and conclusive, unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated. • jjw7 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest pricing error. In the event that a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's real-money balance. jjw7 will notify affected players by account message or email when a batch of bets is voided due to a technical issue.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. jjw7 is not responsible for bets lost, placed in error or not received by the platform due to connection issues on the player's end. If you experience a disconnection during a live game session, jjw7's server-side records will determine the outcome of any bets in progress at the time of disconnection.

💚7. Responsible Gaming

jjw7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players on the platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both jjw7 and all registered players:

• jjw7 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above only. Players who appear to be under the minimum age will have their account suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player prior to detection will be forfeited.
• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits on their jjw7 account at any time by contacting jjw7 support. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon request. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period of up to 7 days before they become active, to protect players from impulsive decisions.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player will not be able to log in to jjw7, place bets or claim bonuses. Existing pending withdrawals will continue to be processed during a cooling-off period.
• Players who need a permanent or indefinite break from online gaming may request self-exclusion from jjw7. Self-exclusion is permanent once activated and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. To request self-exclusion, contact jjw7 support directly. jjw7 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them within one business day.

🚫8. Account Suspension and Termination

jjw7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, providing false registration information, engaging in bonus abuse, using prohibited betting strategies, or participating in any form of fraud or collusion.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jjw7. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawals and bonus features suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions or any attempt to reverse a deposit after associated gaming activity has taken place. jjw7 treats all chargebacks as potential fraud and will suspend the account immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated after the disputed deposit was made may be voided.
• At jjw7's sole discretion, where jjw7 has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, to other players or to the integrity of the gaming environment. In such cases, any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after the investigation is resolved.

All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works of any jjw7 content without express prior written permission from jjw7.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others) is the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to jjw7 for use on the platform. All game studio trademarks and brand elements remain the property of their respective owners.

⚖️10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjw7's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• jjw7 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jjw7 platform, even if jjw7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, jjw7 and the player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
